The process starts when we receive a CV and a motivation letter (optional) from the candidate. Recruiter will be your contact person during the whole hiring process, but the process involves also a hiring manager.
Usually, we have one or two interview rounds. Before the interview, the Recruiter will evaluate your skills according to your CV and position requirements and if everything matches, you can look forward to a short prescreening call handled by Recruiter. During this call, Recruiter will ask you a few questions about your motivation to apply and your practical experience. Language test could also be a part of the call as English is our company language. After this call, the Recruiter will share gained information with the hiring manager, and if everything goes well, we will invite you to the next interview. The interview can be held in person or on-line (in case the candidate lives abroad). For some specific positions (in leadership), there could be also an Assessment Center. If you are successful, a job offer will be next and last step in this journey.
Our company is international, we are more than happy to welcome candidates from abroad. For that case, we have prepared a relocation package with a wide range of provided support (e.g. help with finding an apartment, paid accommodation for a limited period, covering the price of moving household etc.).
