APPLICATION

The first part of the application is your candidate profile, you can choose whether you fill in all of the profile fields, attach your CV or even provide a link to your LinkedIn profile instead. Next you will be taken to a short application form - please answer all of the questions here.

APPLICATION SCREENING

Your application will be reviewed by the recruitment team against the requirements of the job. We will always let you know the outcome of this review, whether you are progressing to the next stage or not on this occasion.

TELEPHONE SCREENING

If your application passes an initial screening, the recruitment team will contact you to arrange a telephone discussion, during which we will gather more information about you and your current circumstances, and ask a few questions relevant to the position for which you are applying. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

HIRING MANAGER REVIEW

The Hiring Manager will review your application and telephone screen information and compile a shortlist of candidates.

ASSESSMENT EVENT

If the Hiring Manager places you on the shortlist, the recruitment team will contact you to arrange for you to attend an interview. In most cases, it will be an individual interview with one or two managers, however, sometimes, you may be invited to attend with other candidates and we'll call it an assessment centre, which simply means that you will see a number of different hiring managers for different parts of the interview; in either case, the content of the assessment will be the same. 

We'll always let you know the outcome of your assessment but it may take us some time to review all candidates before we do.

OFFER

If you are successful we’ll make you a verbal offer and follow it up with a written one sent electronically. Your recruiter will be able to answer any questions you have while you make your decision. Your accepted offer will form your contract of employment so you should download or print a copy of all parts of it for your records.

ONBOARDING

Once you have accepted your offer, we will need you to provide us with all of the additional information we need and we ask that you do this as soon as possible once you are sent the instructions, so we can get everything ready for you to join us. If anything changes once you have completed this step please contact your recruiter as soon as you are able to let them know.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKS

A third party may check things like references and qualifications where applicable. If you are contacted by our partner please provide any information as soon as you are able as you won't be able to join us until the checks are complete. You will need to attend a mandatory medical check as well.
