We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of Service Manager to our BI & Big Data team in Budapest.
 
Responsibilities
-  Perform service controlling (P&L)
-  Plan capacity and sizing of the service components, proactive hardware and environment management
-  Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
-  Initiating planning and set up of new service components
-  Coordinate the operations and maintenance of related software, complex server infrastructure and databases (Linux, SAS, Oracle)
-  Maintain service related documentation according with Allianz Technology standards
-  Monitoring and SLA Management
-  Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
-  Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes
-  Manage and support service related risk assessments and audits
 
Key requirement/skills/experience
-  At least 3 years’ experience in project management
-  At least 5 years’ experience in operating infrastructure and application management
-  Solid understanding of Infrastructure architecture
-  ITIL
-  Experience with software as a service concept
-  Desirable: SAS + database knowledge
-  Desirable: Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
-  Strong analytical skills
-  Organizing abilities
-  Strong customer focus
-  Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
-  Advanced English is a must
